@lt Hallows

Alt Hallows is a place where worship engages with contemporary life. The successor to our Holy City programme, it focuses on the realities of choice and lifestyle, and the relevance of faith in urban life and the modern world.

It is a time and place to express certainty and doubt, praising and questioning God, an occasion to rediscover the value of conversation and debate, to savour silence and scripture, to celebrate song and symbol.

Our autumn programme brings together three quite different themes, and we are keen to hear new voices and approaches as we develop. Alt Hallows services are on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm, and conclude with a light buffet supper and time to relax and chat

Our programme for the autumn is as follows:

  • 16 September – ‘The Word became Flesh’
  • 14 October – God in the City
  • 18 November – Re:membered

We do hope you can join us - all are welcome to attend. If you are interested in being involved in the music and liturgy, please contact Martin Carr (martin@ahbtt.org.uk).
